Reports to (Position) : Manager

Department/Function : Engineering (Automation)

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for ensuring availability of GT & Curing Tyre Handling Automation system (THA), complying to protected work workplace with skilled team and optimum cost.

Major Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Capturing of electrical /electronic breakdowns in Maintwiz




To take up CLIT activities as per schedule in shifts
Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to work (PTW), and energy isolation procedures
Ensure 5s in individual zones
Participation in improvement activities like Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
Preventive maintenance - Electrical /Electronics
Programming & Troubleshooting of PLCs / VFDs
Using the HMI program for Troubleshooting
Basic maintenance of Conveyors & Robots Skills
Interpersonal
Problem solving
Presentation
Decision making
