Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy IBM FileNet Content Management solutions using IBM FileNet Server (IBM BAW) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop custom applications using Java programming language and integrate them with other systems through APIs or web services.
Troubleshoot issues related to file system performance tuning, data migration, and security configuration on IBM BAW servers.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the developed solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
Robust understanding of IBM FileNet Content Management architecture and its components such as IBMS BAWS (Business Automation Workflow Services), FNS (FileNet Server), etc. .
