Role & responsibilities

Assist the Contract Management team in overseeing contracts from award through closure.
Manage, update, and maintain all contract documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Works on contracts and contract amendments • Maintain a detailed and up -to -date data of contractual obligations for both vendor and company.
Actively track and monitor fulfilment of obligations to mitigate risks of non--compliance.
Analyse and interpret contract clauses and provide relevant inputs. •Handle vetting, verification, and processing of Bank Guarantees (BGs). • Ensure BGs are issued, amended, monitored, and released in accordance with contract terms and timelines
Act as a coordination point between Buyers and Legal for effective contract creation, review, and finalization.
Coordinate with Finance for milestone payments, retention money, and contractual deductions.
Manage all contract-related correspondence. Draft, issue,



and track contractual notices and communications to vendors in line with contract provisions.
Assist the Contract Manager in preparing and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Provide actionable inputs to the Contract Management team to support informed decision- making-.
Support the Contract Management team in other tasks, audits, and projects, as required.

Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Contracts.
Certification/training in Contract Management is a plus but not mandatory.
47 years of experience in contract management, drafting, reviewing, or related areas.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. •Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations. Ability to quickly adapt to the company’s requirements and work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
