Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and other computing devices.
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Configure and install operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications to meet organizational needs.
Set up and maintain reliable internet connections and networking infrastructure.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
Maintain computer and electronic asset tracking

Qualifications:
B.Sc Comp / B.Com Comp /B.Tech
Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Solid knowledge of computer components, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
Experience with hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Minimum of 2 years of qualified experience in computer hardware support or a related field.
Willingness to travel to various locations to provide in office support
