Facility Executive

Role Summary The Facility Executive is responsible for coordinating housekeeping, security, parking support, vendors, manpower, expenses, and day-to-day facility operations. The role ensures adequate staffing, timely reporting, cost control, and dependable support for business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate a housekeeping workforce of more than 50 employees.
Prepare manpower plans based on operational requirements for housekeeping, security, and parking support.
Monitor staff deployment and prepare monthly manpower utilization reports.
Manage facility-related expenses in accordance with the approved authorization matrix.
Coordinate vendors and third-party service providers, including invoice verification and payment follow-up.
Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of facility expenses.
Provide timely phone support and respond to urgent facility requirements based on business needs.




Maintain service quality, workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Qualifications and Experience
Two to four years of relevant experience in facility administration or a similar role.
Experience supervising large housekeeping teams and coordinating security or parking personnel.
Solid manpower planning, vendor management, expense control, and reporting skills.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain accessible and respond promptly to urgent operational needs.
