We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR department and factory HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Independently manage complete HR operations for the factory and office.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
Handle attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
Manage PF, ESIC, labour law and statutory compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and procedures.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
Coordinate with all HODs for manpower requirements.
Manage performance appraisals, training and employee development.
Maintain employee records,



HR MIS and statutory registers.
Manage employee welfare, engagement and workplace discipline.
Report directly to management and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Preferred Candidate Profile
8 to 12 years of overall HR Manager experience.
Must have experience specifically as an HR Manager or in an equivalent HR leadership position.
Must have independently handled complete HR operations.
Manufacturing / Factory HR experience preferred.
Candidates with relevant indirect manufacturing HR experience may also be considered.
Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Robust knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC and labour law compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
