Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisals, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Coordinate with management to support organizational goals.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labour laws.
Experience in recruitment and employee management.
Ability to manage HR operations independently.

Experience: Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or metal industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
