Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Finance and Accounts

Location: Kanakpura Road, Bangalore

Reporting To: CFO

Job Summary
Drive financial governance, statutory compliance, and business partnering functions.
Ensure robust financial controls, transparent reporting, and sustainable value creation.
Support growth across engineering, manufacturing, and technology-driven businesses.

Core Responsibilities
Lead accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Indian GAAP, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage audits, taxation, transfer pricing, statutory filings, and financial statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cashflow management.
Provide finance support for contracts, capex proposals, and long-term projects.
Drive process automation, efficiency improvements, and governance initiatives.
Partner with operational teams and leadership for business decision support.
Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams.

Education & Experience

CA / ICWA / CIMA with 6–8 years corporate experience OR CA Inter / MBA Finance with 12+ years relevant experience
