Responsibilities
Understand client training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
Conduct training needs analysis and create course outlines and curricula.
Develop storyboards, training content, templates, and learning materials.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and review training deliverables.
Ensure content quality and follow project standards.
Identify risks and suggest improvements to learning solutions.
Use instructional design tools to develop engaging training materials.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in instructional design and content development.
Robust skills in Instructional Design, Storyboarding, or Articulate Storyline.
Experience developing instructor-led training, web-based training, simulations, and job aids.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, or WalkMe.
Solid communication, writing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
