Role & responsibilities
Provide production support for Java-based applications hosted on AWS cloud platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, server, and infrastructure issues.
Analyze logs using tools such as Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace.
Support AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, and IAM.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
Handle application deployments through CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architectures.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability.
Participate in on-call support and maintain SLA compliance.




Create operational documentation and implement automation for support activities.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, CloudWatch, Splunk, and Jira.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
