About the Role

Blackhole Retail is looking for an Inventory Management Intern to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling day-to-day inventory activities, maintaining accurate stock records, checking incoming and outgoing products, physical stock counting, and updating inventory data in Excel.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and should have positive attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain day-to-day inventory at the warehouse.
Check incoming and outgoing products and verify quantities.
Perform regular physical stock counting and inventory checking.
Maintain accurate records of stock received, dispatched, returned, and transferred.
Update inventory records and stock movement in Excel.
Match physical stock with system/recorded quantities.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items.
Assist in stock audits and regular inventory verification.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper stock movement and availability.




Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and stored.
Assist with order and return inventory processing.
Prepare basic daily inventory and stock reports.
Support other day-to-day warehouse activities related to inventory management.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
Positive numerical and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and handle day-to-day warehouse inventory tasks.

Freshers can apply.
Candidates pursuing or holding B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a related degree are welcome.
Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory.

Internship Details
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Location: On-site, Warehouse

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
