Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri and other portals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data.
Achieve daily/monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
Freshers can apply; 1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Comfortable with night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
