Role & responsibilities
Lead interior design concepts, space planning, and material selection for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, and interior specifications.
Develop 3D visualizations, renders, and client presentation drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Manage interior design deliverables from concept to completion.

Requirements
Minimum 3.5 years of qualified Interior Design experience after graduation.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.




Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, detailing, and execution processes.
Ability to independently handle design projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid portfolio showcasing completed and/or ongoing projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
