Position: Human Resource Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Jaipur

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Develop and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely HRMS updates.
Coordinate attendance, leave management,



and payroll-related inputs.
Plan and support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement processes.

Who We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management abilities.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
