Role & responsibilities
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies
Ensure timely communication and feedback loops with candidates
