Tsol is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient K-SMART Application Specialist to join our team in Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate will assist with building permit applications, document preparation, and coordination with relevant authorities through the K-SMART platform, supporting the smooth processing of architectural and building approval applications.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit building permit applications through the K-SMART portal.
Coordinate with architects, draftsmen, and other team members to collect the required drawings and supporting documents.
Review application documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Assist in preparing and uploading building plans, ownership documents, land records, and other statutory documents.
Track application status and coordinate responses to queries, objections, and requests for additional information.
Follow up on applications with the relevant local self-government institutions and authorities.
Maintain records of applications, approvals,



permit documents, and related correspondence.
Stay updated on applicable building rules, permit procedures, and K-SMART platform requirements.

Requirements Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in building permit applications or approval procedures is preferred.
Practical knowledge of the K-SMART portal and Kerala building permit processes.
Familiarity with Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR) and Kerala Panchayat Building Rules (KPBR).
Basic understanding of architectural drawings, site plans, and building documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
