About the Role The Workfolk is hiring on behalf of a reputed organisation for an experienced HR skilled to join their team. The candidate should have positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee management, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
Assist with performance appraisals and training activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
