Position: Manager – Sales & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our domestic customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition and relationship management, with the ability to identify recent business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Indian market.
Generate leads, engage prospects and convert prospects into revenue.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Develop sales strategies, business plans and revenue forecasts.
Prepare proposals,



negotiate commercial terms and manage contract closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.

Required Skills
5–9 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
Strong expertise in domestic B2B sales and client acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
Strong communication, networking and business planning abilities.
