Hiring: Manager / Lead – Microbiology | Formulation & API

We are looking for an experienced Microbiology Manager to lead microbiology operations for a Formulation & API facility manufacturing Hormonal, High-Potency Drugs and Oral Contraceptives .

Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Pharmaceutical Microbiology

CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Microbiology Laboratory Operations for Formulation & API.
Manage microbiological testing, Environmental Monitoring and Water Monitoring programs.
Ensure timely testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability and cleaning validation samples.
Lead OOS, deviations, laboratory incidents, investigations, RCA and CAPA .
Review SOPs, specifications, protocols, validation studies,



reports and trend analyses.
Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and applicable pharmacopeial/regulatory requirements .
Drive inspection readiness and support regulatory/customer audits .
Ensure effective utilization of LIMS/SAP and compliance of laboratory equipment.
Lead, coach and develop the Microbiology team.

Candidate Requirements
M.Sc. Microbiology
Minimum 15 years' experience
Experience in both Formulation & API facilities
Robust Environmental & Water Monitoring experience
Solid investigation, OOS, CAPA and regulatory compliance exposure
Team-management experience
