Electrical Maintenance
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
HT and LT electrical panels and distribution systems.
Transformer operation and maintenance.
Electrical earthing systems.
Electrical safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
Basic electrical fault identification and rectification.

HVAC Maintenance
Basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems.
Chiller plant operation and maintenance.
AHU (Air Handling Unit) operation and maintenance.
Cassette AC and split AC systems.
Basic HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Additional Requirements
Basic technical troubleshooting and fault identification skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and service technicians.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to maintain maintenance reports and service records.

Required Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant maintenance experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
