MIS Reporting

. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

. Consolidate data from different departments, including Production, Quality,

HR, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts.

Prepare dashboards, summary reports, and performance reports.
Data Management

. Collect and verify data from various departments.

. Maintain accurate records in Excel and company ERP systems.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.
Excel and Data Analysis
Use MS Excel formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and conditional formatting.
Prepare automated reports and dashboards wherever possible.
Analyse trends, deviations, and performance against targets.
Factory Operations Reporting
Track daily production, rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
Prepare quality KPI and productivity reports.
Monitor raw material, finished goods, and inventory reports.
Support the preparation of dispatch, purchase,



and material consumption reports.
Customer Invoicing
Prepare and generate customer invoices, bills, and credit notes.
Verify sales orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents before billing.
Maintain accurate billing records and update data in the billing system.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, billing corrections, and payment details.
Coordination and Follow-up
Follow up with departments for timely submission of data.
Ensure reports are submitted within defined deadlines.
Assist management in reviewing operational performance and identifying improvement areas.
Process Improvement
Develop standard reporting formats and templates.
Reduce manual data entry and reporting errors.
Support internal audits and management review meetings.
