: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, promote company services, and generate sales through phone calls, email, and other online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers using company-provided data.
Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.
Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.
Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
