Coordinate follow-up meetings for every event to ensure work is completed and improvements are apprehended
Execute specific lean production projects.
Establish lean teams for organization.
Train and guide members working on lean processes.
Direct and implement project administration and management.
Conduct cost and perk analysis, schedule and allocate resources.
Direct materials department to ensure inventory and production control.
Supply produced and purchased on time as suitable for lean manufacturing.
Establish and conduct progress reviews once in month.
Ensure constant application of company procedures and policies.
Execute tracking action plans, analyse programmes, and oversee progress.
Investigate client complaints related to quality.
