Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, inventory, and billing teams.
Monitor stock levels, inventory records, and product availability.
Ensure proper product display, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
Handle customer-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage purchase orders, stock transfers, inward and outward entries.
Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and operational records.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs.
Coordinate with management for operational planning and improvements.
