– Head of Operations (Pan India)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operations across all manufacturing plants and depots PAN India, ensuring operational efficiency, production excellence, safety compliance, cost optimization, and smooth plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Oversee end-to-end operations of all manufacturing plants and depots across India.
Manage production planning, process efficiency, quality control, and operational targets.
Ensure plant safety, fire safety, statutory compliance, and implementation of SOPs.
Lead plant managers, supervisors, technical teams, and operational workforce.
Monitor plant maintenance, machinery performance, inventory, and resource utilization.
Control operational costs, minimize downtime, and drive process improvements.




Review plant-wise MIS, production reports, operational performance, and management updates.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or Operations Management.
10–15 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
Proven experience in handling multiple plants and large operational teams.
Robust knowledge of production, maintenance, plant safety, and statutory compliance.
Experience in petrochemicals, chemicals, oil & gas, or process manufacturing preferred.
Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across PAN India.

Key Focus: End-to-end management of PAN India manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, safety, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour
