Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive with good Hindi and English typing skills, stenography knowledge, and the ability to understand government letters, handle official correspondence, and draft professional replies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft and type official letters, applications, notices, and reports in Hindi and English.
Read, understand, and interpret letters and notices received from government departments.
Prepare appropriate replies to government letters and official communications.
Handle official emails and documentation.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing letters.
Take dictation and prepare documents using shorthand (stenography), wherever required.




Coordinate with internal teams to collect information for official replies.
Ensure timely submission and proper maintenance of documents.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
Valuable Hindi and English typing skills.
Knowledge of stenography (shorthand writing) and transcription.
Robust command of Hindi and English grammar.
Ability to understand government letters and draft appropriate replies.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Experience: 0.5–3 years preferred, preferably in documentation, stenography, or government correspondence.

Note: This is a completely office-based role. No fieldwork is involved.
