Roles & Responsibilities:-

The main purpose is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the designing Team.

Determine the clients requirements for the project

Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.

Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of work experience in Operations as a manager.

Should be valuable in advance excel (V look Up, Pivot Table) and Powerbi

Should possess sound computer knowledge and should be proficient in Microsoft applications

Robust interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.

Should have valuable people management skills.

Team Management - should have experience in handling minimum 12 team members

Robust in the field management

Highly action and result oriented
