Job Purpose:

To operate the pallet mill for ensuring standard quality output as per the SOP.

Principal Accountabilities

· To operate the pellet machine to get quality of pelletized feed as per the standards.

· To involve in the regular operation of the drying, sizing and pelletizing process without break down hours.

· Monitoring the steam and frequency level as per the standards.

· Check and Report the pellet quality by confirming die equipment’s efficiency to Production in charges for the maximum level of performances.

· To select the right specified die size as per the production requirements.

· To maintain relevant log books daily and take correctives measures accordingly.

· To ensure the correct maintenance of pellet mill and accessories.

· To communicate the operational problems to the attention of concern shift in charge.

· To inspect the working condition of machines and engineering system for maintaining as per the standard.

· To follow all the safety parameters at the working station.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
