We're Hiring: Packing Lead Engineer

Location: Panipat, Haryana

Industry: Manufacturing salary:40k gross

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage packing line operations and maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize breakdowns.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of packaging equipment, including:
Conveyors
Palletizers / Depalletizers
Stretch Wrappers
Bagging Machines
Filling Machines
Barcode / Label Printers
Robotics and Automation Systems
Monitor and improve MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and packing line efficiency.
Execute shutdown planning and maintenance activities.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.




Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of packaging machinery and equipment maintenance.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and breakdown management.
Knowledge of automation systems and maintenance KPIs.
Solid team leadership and problem-solving skills.
