We are seeking a dependable, quick-learning Operations Executive to manage day-to-day, process-driven activities for a US-based healthcare technology client. This is a non-technical role with structured process training and the prospect to grow into a team leadership position as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily activities accurately using web-based business applications, checklists and SOPs.
Review and update records, monitor pending tasks, and escalate discrepancies or exceptions.
Coordinate professionally with US stakeholders through email, chat and online meetings.
Learn and document new workflows; suggest practical improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
Over time, help train new hires, track work quality and take ownership of additional processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; 1–4 years of experience preferred
Strong spoken and written English communication; comfortable working with US-based teams.




Proficient with email, MS Excel and web applications; organized and attentive to detail.
Positive attitude, high ownership, adaptability and a willingness to learn recent processes.
Able and willing to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM US Eastern Time, including seasonal ET clock changes.

Preferred, Not Mandatory Experience in back-office / business operations, US client support, healthcare operations, CRM workflows or SOP preparation. Prior dental or orthodontic knowledge is not required.

Growth Prospect The role can develop into Senior Operations Executive, Team Lead or Operations Manager responsibilities based on performance and the expansion of BKL-managed operations.
