Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees.
Process Full & Final Settlements, incentives and off-roll payroll.
Prepare CTC structures as per applicable minimum wage regulations.
Handle invoice processing and payroll-related documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Income Tax.
Handle employee income tax calculations and investment proof verification.
Ensure compliance with state-wise labour laws and applicable labour codes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Experience handling end-to-end payroll for at least 500 employees.
Proficiency in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax and Gratuity.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Data Validation.
Hands-on experience with payroll software such as Darwinbox, Spine or HR-One.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
