We are seeking a passionate and design-oriented Presales Executive (Fresher) to support our sales and design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about high-end interior solutions, luxury product positioning, and client engagement in a premium setting. Responsible for managing potential customer enquiries, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into appointments and business prospects for interior design and execution services.

Responsibilities
Managed inbound and outbound customer enquiries for residential interior design projects.
Qualified leads by understanding customer requirements, property configurations, budgets, and project timelines.
Conducted follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp to nurture potential customers.




Scheduled Experience Center visits and virtual consultations with design consultants.
Explained end-to-end interior solutions, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and other interior services.
Coordinated with internal design teams to facilitate customer consultations.
Maintained daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and lead status updates.
Worked towards achieving appointment booking targets, increasing customer walk-ins, and improving lead conversion rates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
