• 10+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Perks OR Financials modules - AP, GL, PA, AR
• Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, Plsql, OAF, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts
Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules.
Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party systems
Understanding the requirement, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements
Significant experience working with business counterparts for all clarifications and requirements
Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively
Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption
Robust domain knowledge with attention to detail.
Robust advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
