Roles & Responsibilities
Manage MEP contracts across residential and commercial real estate projects.
Handle tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and award of MEP packages.
Prepare and review contractual documents, work orders, GCC, SCC, and related agreements.
Monitor contractual obligations, project milestones, and contractor performance.
Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, and commercial disputes.
Coordinate with QS, Procurement, Engineering, and Project teams for smooth contract execution.
Monitor MEP package costs, billing, valuations, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.
Maintain contract documentation, MIS reports, and commercial records.
Support cost optimization,



risk mitigation, and timely contract closure.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in MEP Contracts or Commercial Management.
Experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale real estate developments.
Robust knowledge of MEP tendering, contract administration, procurement, and cost management.
Understanding of GCC, SCC, BOQ, contract variations, and claims management.
Robust negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
