Job Summary:

We are looking for a Placement Manager to drive employment prospects for candidates trained under our skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain employer partnerships.
Coordinate interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
Achieve placement targets and track candidate joining status.
Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Provide career guidance and post-placement support to candidates.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience in placements, recruitment, or skill development programs.
Robust communication, networking, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
