Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator to build employer connections and coordinate part time and full time placements for students across our diploma programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with companies, recruiters and HR teams to generate suitable job prospects.
Coordinate applications, interviews and follow-ups through to successful student joining.
Match students with suitable openings based on their skills and job preferences.
Support students with resumes, interview preparation and placement procedures.
Maintain employer contacts, placement records and progress reports.
Handle placement administration and assist with basic HR documentation and routine administrative duties.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with strong communication, networking and follow-up skills.
Experience in placement coordination, recruitment or HR coordination preferred.
Organised, approachable and focused on successful student placements.
