Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage overall manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end production operations in a metal manufacturing environment.
Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Handle sheet metal fabrication, CNC operations, aluminium fabrication, and assembly processes.
Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Design departments.
Monitor production efficiency, rejection rates, wastage, and machine downtime.
Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and cost optimisation initiatives.




Ensure adherence to quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety requirements.
Develop and monitor production teams, supervisors, and operators.

Required Skills
Robust experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of CNC machinery, sheet metal processes, and aluminium fabrication.
Solid production planning, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in quality management and manufacturing documentation.
Ability to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
