15+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
7+ years of experience leading QA teams in trading systems or similar high-stakes environments
Solid understanding of global financial markets, trading systems, and market data
Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C#
Robust background in test automation tools and frameworks
Automation background with Windows desktop GUI applications (i.e. not just web automation like Selenium).
Experience with Ranorex, UFT , TestComplete or similar test automation software is preferred
Execute end-to-end automation test scripts and interpret test data and test results.
Experience with Git and build tools (Maven or Gradle).
