We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Assistants to join our Operations & Delivery / IT Services team.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain project trackers, timelines, action items, and status reports.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track pending actions.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports.
Assist in proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Follow up on deliverables, approvals, issues, and project timelines.
Support Project Managers in daily operational and administrative activities.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Valuable documentation, reporting, and time-management skills.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.




Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Preference for candidates from Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, or IT backgrounds.
