Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 3–6 Years (Relevant industry experience preferred)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a solid technical background in Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing operations. The candidate should have positive knowledge of mechanical processes, automotive components, project planning, execution, and coordination between different departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor ongoing manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Design and Engineering departments.
Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion of activities.
Understand mechanical drawings, specifications, BOMs and technical documents.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project-related requirements.
Track project progress, identify delays and resolve operational issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical and automotive components manufacturing.
Positive understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management tools.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
