Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience
generation to support the sales teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets
deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for orders.




Responsible to Co-ordinate with Sales Manager for day-to-day operations. Responsible to
make the sales order, sending quotation to customers.
Lead generation for branding services in international/domestic markets through online
portals and social media; generate current business.
Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone,
address etc).
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Have to
Coordinate with Customers, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website
& send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available
digitally and in hard copy form.
Meet the customers in the absence of Sales Managers to effectively and professionally
convey details of the sale to the customer.
