Selected candidates will be extensively trained on processes across factory and will be assigned responsibilities suitably.
Perform departmental duties as assigned within the manufacturing workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvements
Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 60% of marks with no arrears).
0 to 1 year of experience (2025 & 2026 Passed-Out preferred).
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (such as 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word).
Positive communication in English and Tamil.
Willing to work at Pollachi.
