Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Python scripting and application support.
Valuable understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, incident management, and observability.
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and RDS.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and Shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Experience supporting Microservices and distributed systems.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
