Role & responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and payments.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities.
Maintain sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email communication.
Experience in industrial products or chemical sales will be an added advantage.
