HR Reporting & MIS
Generate and manage periodic HR MIS reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data from SAP HR/HCM systems.
Prepare workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR operations.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of employee-related data and metrics.

Analytics & Insights
Analyze workforce trends, employee data, and HR metrics to identify actionable insights.
Develop reports that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
Track key HR KPIs and create dashboards for business reviews.
Present meaningful data insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.

Dashboard Development
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Create customized reports for various HR functions and management teams.

Data Management & Governance
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems.




Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
Support HR system audits and compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Provide analytical support for HR projects and initiatives.
Address reporting-related queries and deliver timely solutions.
