What This Job Is In this role as a Salesforce Data Analyst, success looks like turning complex data into explicit, actionable insights that drive decision-making within the organization. You will play a key part in enhancing how we utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Data 360 to support various business initiatives.

What You Will

Own - Analyze and interpret data from Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Data 360 to produce insightful reports.
Utilize data streams for real-time analysis, ensuring that the information is always up-to-date and relevant.
Engage in identity resolution efforts to enhance customer understanding and improve targeting strategies.
Generate calculated insights that inform business decisions and strategy formulation across departments.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, providing training on best practices where needed.

Skills That Matter - Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Data 360.
Robust understanding of data streams and their applications in analysis.
Experience with identity resolution techniques and tools.
Ability to derive calculated insights from complex datasets and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus, enabling you to present findings in an accessible format.
