Role & responsibilities:
Manage online ticket bookings through various Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms.
Handle bus ticket reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
Coordinate with online ticketing partners and travel agencies.
Monitor seat availability and update bus schedules on OTA platforms.
Ensure accurate fare, route, and departure-time information.
Manage booking confirmations and resolve ticketing-related issues.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding bus schedules and seat allocation.
Handle customer queries and complaints related to online bookings.
Monitor daily online ticket sales and booking performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Reconcile online booking transactions and payment records.
Follow up on pending payments, refunds, and cancellations.
Maintain valuable relationships with OTA partners and corporate clients.
