Knowledge of various production processes like slitting, cut- to-length, pickling
Familiar with hot & cold rolling mill
Monthly review with mill regarding current development product
New EPA development
Knowledge of Quality systems like- TQM, IRQS
New product promotional activity
Capturing of recent requirement from customer
New product mapping
Customer engagement through knowledge sharing session, VIU (Value in use), Customer story, Increase of sales on account of recent product development.

Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a protected working environment by enforcing safety policies, performing safety audits as applicable

Responsible for increase in sales through new product / customer development and also responsible for signing TPR (Technical Processing Requirement) with customer Responsible for maintaining Quality standards. the incumbent should be well versed with TQM practices like 5S, Kaizen, etc.

Should be well versed with Metallurgical, Development techniques with help of mill

Responsible for new product / customer development analysis and customer complaints
