We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with robust hands-on experience in payroll configuration, implementation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Solid expertise in Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Functions and Operations.
Experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC).
Configure and maintain payroll processing, retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll.
Experience in Employee Central (EC)



to ECP integration and replication monitoring.
Knowledge of Payroll Time Management integration, Perks, Deductions, Loans and Reimbursements.
Troubleshoot payroll issues related to schemas, rules, infotypes and master data replication.
Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance.

Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Control Center, EC-ECP Integration, Payroll Configuration.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
