Qualification: Qualified CA/ACCA Mandatory
Manage client portfolios, accounting deliverables, and deadlines across the UK and UAE.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoices, bills, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
Prepare and file UK and UAE VAT returns, including CIS and relevant VAT adjustments.
Prepare UK and UAE year-end accounts and support charity accounting.
Perform bank, credit card, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations.
Prepare management reports and investigate financial discrepancies.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
Manage client onboarding, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely compliance.
Review general ledger entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Manage deferred revenue, import VAT adjustments, and flat-rate VAT scheme calculations.
Maintain property accounting records, cost-center allocations,



and investment company accounts.
Handle employee expense control accounts and perform related reconciliations.
Prepare charity accounting workings, including grant schedules and expenditure notes.
Monitor outstanding client information and follow up proactively to meet reporting deadlines.
Draft skilled responses to client and auditor queries and provide supporting documentation.
Priorities multiple client assignments based on statutory deadlines and business requirements.
Support the onboarding of current clients by collecting financial records and setting up bookkeeping processes.
Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and recommend improvements to accounting workflows.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Leverage accounting software and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting processes.
